GoDurham is continuing to improve its vast public transit network by increasing frequency, service hours, and destinations on many of its routes as well as adding a new route to provide more frequent service to one of the agency's most ridden corridors. These changes will be put in place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, and will affect all routes except the 13, which does not serve Durham Station and runs between The Village, NCCU and Durham Tech. While the agency has not yet released revised schedules for all affected routes, larger changes (such as realignments, increased frequency, etc.) are currently available and will be listed below, including projected changes for the rest of the network.

These changes are made possibly thanks to refurbished secondhanded buses that the agency is currently taking delivery of, which you can read more about here. The new buses, as well as each service change, are funded by the Durham Transit Plan, which was created to further invest in "faster, more dependable bus service" for the Bull City. These will go into effect on Saturday, May 30, 2026.Â
